Tasks :

Within the framework of the post of youth worker :

Providing activities for young people aged 11/15 during the school holidays and after-school activities in St Antonin Noble Val;
To run a small centre for children aged 3 to 11 on Wednesdays in Caylus;
Running a NAP in St Antonin Noble Val ;
Designing and leading leisure activity projects;
Applying health and safety rules ;
Leading and managing relations with families;
Draw up quantitative and qualitative reports.

As part of the Youth Information activities :

Develop a digital presence in line with the Net Promoter Charter;
Organise and run prevention initiatives in secondary schools.

Desired profile :

Desired profile and job specifications :

Knowing the techniques of animation ;
Good interpersonal and teaching skills;
A sense of responsibility and the ability to listen;
Quality of writing ;
Ability to work as part of a team ;
Managing a budget;
BAFA or equivalent required; BAFD preferred;
B driving licence required (minibus driving) ;
Annualisation of working hours.

Other job-related information :

Basic salary 1050 euros gross / Animation assistant post (Cat C)

4 days worked during the school term
Holidays: 3 weeks' holiday in the summer and 2 weeks' holiday at Christmas
Possibility of working in CEE during school holidays (period of inactivity)
