The aid granted to companies must therefore help to maintain, create or develop economic activities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5175737e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5175737e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Eligibility criteria<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-498edabd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"498edabd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b style=\"background-color: transparent;\">To qualify for this aid, a company must :<\/b><\/p><div><b><br \/><\/b><ul><li>Be established or plan to be established in the CCQRGA area.<\/li><li>Be up to date with your tax and social security obligations.<\/li><li>The work or expenditure must not have started prior to the application for assistance.<\/li><li>Have been in existence for more than three years or, exceptionally, have a balance sheet that is at least one year old for new businesses.<\/li><li>Certain companies in real-life business test situations are also eligible.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ad0760f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ad0760f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Eligible sectors<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3f58f22 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3f58f22\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Eligible sectors include industry (including agri-food), services to businesses and individuals, the professions, commerce, crafts and certain types of tourist accommodation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ee2c81e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ee2c81e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Eligible expenditure<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d06e992 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d06e992\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Eligible expenditure includes the purchase of land and buildings (subject to conditions), constructions or extensions, renovations, energy efficiency improvements, and certain costs associated with running the project. Expenditure on leasing property belonging to the community or municipalities is also eligible, subject to conditions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-02cde71 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"02cde71\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Financing arrangements<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c83aaa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5c83aaa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The aid is awarded in the form of a grant and calculated on the basis of the costs of the operations, excluding VAT.<\/p><p>The a<b>ide from the QRGA Community of Communes is calculated as follows:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>The minimum eligible amount must be <b>10 000\u20ac<\/b> (or \u20ac4,000 for eligible rental expenditure).<\/li><li>The amount of aid is capped at <b>25 000\u20ac<\/b> per company.<\/li><\/ul><p><b>For all other projects, the EPCI will contribute at the following rate:<\/b><\/p><ul><li>The rate of assistance from the QRGA Community of Communes will be based on the score awarded to the company when the application file is examined.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">The amount of aid may not exceed the company's own funds and depends on the size of the company and its location (may vary depending on whether the company is located in an AFR zone: Caylus, Mouillac, Ginals, Castanet and Lagu\u00e9pie).<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">As a general rule, the elected representatives of the Communaut\u00e9 de Communes reserve the right to grant a higher ceiling to any project deemed to be of strategic interest to the region.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb41c96 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"eb41c96\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Award process<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d4b114 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0d4b114\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Applications for property investment aid will be assessed by the CCQRGA's Economic Development Commission, then discussed and voted on by the Community Council. The granting of aid depends on technical criteria, the availability of funds and the level of consumption of the budget allocated to aid. Projects are judged on their quality, their economic, social and environmental impact, and their relevance to local needs.
