La Communaut\u00e9 de Communes du Quercy Rouergue et des Gorges de l’Aveyron est comp\u00e9tente en mati\u00e8re de Plan Local d\u2019Urbanisme (PLU) par arr\u00eat\u00e9 pr\u00e9fectoral du 4 d\u00e9cembre 2012. L\u2019exercice de cette comp\u00e9tence a conduit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un PLU intercommunal (PLUi) qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9 par le conseil communautaire le 24 octobre 2017 et modifi\u00e9 dans sa derni\u00e8re version le 20 mai 2025.<\/p>

The G\u00e9oportail de l'urbanisme is the result of a partnership between the Ministry for Territorial Cohesion (MCT) and the National Institute for Geographic and Forestry Information (IGN). It was created in April 2016 to host all the town planning documents and public utility easements applicable in France.<\/p>\n

The aim of the G\u00e9oportail de l'urbanisme is to make town planning documents and public utility easements accessible to all users of the site. Visitors, whether they are private individuals, planning professionals or public bodies, can consult the planning regulations that apply to the area they are interested in.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
