Missions

He/she carries out one or more production operations, using machines and/or tools, applying procedures and health and safety rules.

Stains

Carries out make-up and finishing operations, applying cleanliness primers and boxing safety footwear using tools and machines.

- Carries out operations in accordance with SOS

- Checks conformity: completes work in accordance with established standards... and makes any necessary changes.

- If necessary, supplies the workstation with packaging items and small equipment and checks that they are in order.

- Checks operations, detects and reports anomalies

- Carries out self-checking operations and isolates non-conformities.

- Completes quality and production monitoring forms. (rejects, quantity discrepancies, etc.)

- Protects and packages products (boxes, cartons, etc.).

- Cleans machines and the work area.

- Informs zone managers of any maintenance problems

- Carries out maintenance operations for which it is responsible

- Follows 5S instructions

- Participates in third-party meetings.

- Suggest Kaizen ideas

Skills required

Ability to recognise products

- Knowledge of the site's geography

- Ability to read work documents (plans, parts lists, SOS, etc.)

- Knowledge of and compliance with site traffic regulations

- Knowledge of and compliance with equipment maintenance instructions

- Ability to use tools

- Knowledge of packaging and conditioning techniques

Security

On a day-to-day basis, complies with Health, Safety and Environment instructions

- Shoes and goggles must be worn + other PPE (gloves, earplugs, etc.) specified for the task to be carried out

- Apply the rules of "gestures and postures" when handling equipment
