Tasks :
Reporting to the team leader :

The agent is responsible for carrying out waste reception, sorting supervision, guarding, maintenance of the equipment, premises and sites of the waste collection centres, receiving users and organising the rotation of skips and the removal of waste, as well as carrying out maintenance or repairs to the various equipment and installations on the site, and advising users on sorting.

The agent must :
- Enforce site rules and regulations (traffic regulations, etc.),
- know how to handle heavy loads safely,
- comply with health and safety rules,
- keep the site and premises tidy and clean,
- be familiar with emergency procedures,
- know how to handle special household waste, its risks and storage conditions
- in safety.
Reception of users
The agent must :
- know the sorting rules and internal regulations,
- mastering communication techniques.
Management of skip rotation
The agent must :
- anticipate filling,
- mastering communication techniques.
Secondary missions :
Collection of household refuse and sorted waste
The agent is responsible for
- Move containers and empty them using the container lift,
- put the containers back with the brakes down,
- view the selective sorting containers and check the quality of sorting,
- collect the waste in the event of a spill,
- work in close coordination with the team,
- report any difficulties encountered and the condition of the containers (defective) to the manager
- Cleaning the truck and skips
- He must clean the lorry returning to the depot and know how to repair the containers.
