🎯 Objective To provide advice and monitoring to help you carry out thermal renovations to improve your home's comfort and reduce the impact of your energy consumption on your budget and the environment.
🙋🏻♀️ Who is it for? For all residents of the Midi-Quercy region, regardless of income.
💰 How many? FREE OF CHARGE.
Pays Midi-Quercy and the Occitanie Region are offering a free public service to the general public. Benefit from free personalised support.
🧐 How do we do it? It's a local service based in Caylus. Contact the advisor who will be there to listen to you throughout your project and, if necessary, visit your home to help you make the right choices for the energy performance of your home.
Housing improvement programme - OPAH
🎯 Objective :
1. Combating substandard housing,
2. Combating fuel poverty,
3. Helping people to stay in their own homes by carrying out work adapted to the loss of independence
4. Create low-cost rental housing under agreement with the ANAH.
🙋🏻♀️ Am I entitled?
If I am an OCCUPANT OWNER
my home is more than 15 years old (but subject to conditions) and if I meet the following conditions means-tested.
If I am an OWNER LESSOR
I want to renovate a rental property in or near the town centre. I agree to a ceiling on the rent, I'm renting to a third party of my choice who meets the means test under an agreement with the ANAH for a minimum of 9 years.
👷♀️ What kind of work?
If I am an owner-occupier or landlord :
- To rehabilitate unfit or run-down accommodation (particularly in terms of health and safety),
- To carry out energy-saving work,
- To help people live independently.
