Consult the PLUi

The PLUi of the Communauté de Communes du Quercy, Rouergue et des Gorges de l'Aveyron can be consulted in its entirety on the Géoportail de l'Urbanisme at the following address:

https://www.geoportail-urbanisme.gouv.fr

The Géoportail de l'urbanisme is the result of a partnership between the Ministry for Territorial Cohesion (MCT) and the National Institute for Geographic and Forestry Information (IGN). It was created in April 2016 to host all the town planning documents and public utility easements applicable in France.

The aim of the Géoportail de l'urbanisme is to make town planning documents and public utility easements accessible to all users of the site. Visitors, whether they are private individuals, planning professionals or public bodies, can consult the planning regulations that apply to the area they are interested in.

Amendment no. 3 to the Intercommunal Local Town Planning Plan

Presentation of the procedure

By order of the Chairman dated 27 June 2024The Communauté de Communes du Quercy Rouergue et Gorges de l'Aveyron (CCQRGA) has initiated modification no. 3 (M3) of the Plan Local d'Urbanisme Intercommunal (PLUi) approved on 24 October 2017, amended on 27 September 2022 and updated on 11 June 2024.

Why this change?

It has been decided to amend the town planning document in order to update the list of buildings that can be changed use, to specify the location of tourist accommodation and activities in rural areas and to authorise the creation of an eco-hamlet in the commune of Féneyrols, without undermining the objectives of the Sustainable Planning and Development Plan adopted on 28 June 2016.

Are there any plans for consultation?

Optional consultation is organised. The purpose of this is to complement the public enquiry process by collecting comments and proposals in advance and forwarding them to the investigating commissioner.
The consultation will be organised as follows:
- opening an information area on the CCQRGA website and making finalised study documents available there
- registration and storage of comments and proposals by the town planning department ;
- transmission of these elements to the investigating commissioner during the consultation process.
The process of developing the PLUi also includes a public enquiry, with the Commissaire Enquêteur on hand to receive your comments.
