Grotte du Bosc - Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val

Tourist guide / Receptionist

35h - From 30 June to 31 August

1709.28 gross per month

Discovered in 1936, the Grotte du Bosc has been open to the public since 1938. In 2020, the Quercy Rouergue Gorges de l'Aveyron Community of Communes became the owner of the cave, with the aim of creating an attractive, lively, multi-activity tourist site. Visitors will enjoy a warm welcome in the new wooden building in the heart of the forest. They can visit the cave while enjoying a relaxing break on our shaded terrace, or a fun and sporting break on our playground and the hiking trails around the cave.

Do you dream of spending a summer with a friendly team, on a family site and discovering all the secrets of the underground world? Then join us for the 2023 season!

Missions

  • Welcoming visitors
  • Guided tours
  • The tourist guide at the Grotte du Bosc provides guided tours for individuals and groups. They adapt their approach and position to suit the group. They are able to teach visitors about the cave as well as improving their knowledge of the underground environment and geology. He is responsible for everyone's safety in the cave.
  • Use of Moka cash register software and on-site/online reservation management
  • When the Reception Manager is not working, the Tour Guide/Reception Agent takes over and carries out the duties of the Reception Manager. To do this, they manage telephone, on-site and online bookings to optimise group use. They are also able to cash customers' tickets and shop purchases.
  • Maintenance of premises and site
  • Working weekends and public holidays.
