NOTICE OF PUBLIC ENQUIRY

Amendment no. 1 to the Intercommunal Local Urban Planning Scheme (PLUi)

The CCQRGA, in accordance with the order of its President dated 8 October 2019, informs that a public enquiry will be held on the draft modification no. 1 of its PLUi for a period of 33 consecutive days from Monday 4 November 2019 at 9 a.m. to Friday 6 December 2019 at 5 p.m. The enquiry headquarters are located at the CCQRGA headquarters, place de l'hôtel de ville - BP 30 - 82140 Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val.

The draft amendment aims to achieve the following objectives:

- Objective 1: rectify material errors

- Objective 2: Specify and clarify written regulations

- Objective 3: adapt certain regulatory provisions

- Objective 4: take into account the emergence of new projects

By decision no. 2019DKO229, the Occitanie Environmental Authority has exempted this draft amendment to the PLUi from environmental assessment.

By decision no. E19000185/31 of the Toulouse Administrative Court, Mr Jean-Marie ALVERNHE was appointed Commissaire-Enquêteur.

The file can be consulted in paper format and on a computer at the following survey locations during normal opening hours:

During the public enquiry period, the enquiry file can also be consulted on the CCQRGA website at the following address: www.cc-qrga.fr/enquete-publique-modification1-plui.

Mr Jean-Marie ALVERNHE will be available to the public for comments, proposals, assessments and counter-proposals:

- in Caylus on Friday 8 November from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm at the town hall (council chamber),

- in Parisot on Friday 15 November from 2pm to 5pm at the town hall (council chamber),

- in Laguépie on Wednesday 20 November from 2pm to 5pm at the town hall (council chamber),

- in Varen on Thursday 28 November from 10am to 12.30pm at the town hall (council chamber)

- in Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val on Friday 6 December from 2pm to 5pm at the town hall (salle des congrès).

The public may also submit their comments on the paper survey register available at each survey location, or send them by e-mail to the following address public-inquiry-modif1-plui@cc-qrga.fr or send them by post to the following address Monsieur le Commissaire Enquêteur, Communauté de Communes QRGA, service urbanisme, BP 30, 82140 Saint Antonin-Noble-Val.

At the end of the enquiry period, the duly closed enquiry register and the documents related to the enquiry will be sent to the Investigating Commissioner within 24 hours.

Once the Investigating Commissioner's report and reasoned conclusions have been submitted, the public will be able to consult them at the CCQRGA headquarters and on the www.cc-qrga.fr/enquete-publique-modification1-plui website for a period of one year.

At the end of the public enquiry, the CCQRGA Community Council will approve the PLUi by deliberation, with any amendments that may be necessary in the light of the report and conclusions of the Commissaire Enquêteur.
