Tasks :
- Subscriber management (physical and telephone reception)
- Handle correspondence (subscriber contracts, complaints, over-consumption, etc.)
- Updating and billing subscribers
- Intervention management (subscriber calls to technicians)
- Management of the revenue office in compliance with the rules :
- - Collection of receipts and/or payments, transfers for the assigning accountant
- - Keeping track of the accounts of the revenue office and the necessary regulatory documents
- - Organise the security of the régie's assets and report payment anomalies to the assigning accountant
- - Managing unpaid bills: reminders and out-of-court collection
- - Draw up management charts to monitor the operation of the régie
- - Close relationship with the DGFIP public accountant
Desired profile :
Skills - aptitudes
- Expertise in the operation of régies
- Mastery of M49 public accounting rules
- Fluent in written and verbal expression and computer skills (knowledge of OMEGA invoicing and E. BERGER LEVRAULT software would be an advantage). BERGER LEVRAULT would be a plus)
- Sense of public service
- Serious, rigorous, methodically organised
- Discretion, availability, listening skills
Desired training :
Bac to Bac +2 degree "If you have a degree in accounting and initial experience in a similar role, you will have a good command of the rules of public accounting and the regulations relating to régies.
Other job-related information :
- The post will be based at the CCQRGA's water and wastewater service sites;
- (*) As the drinking water service is a public-private partnership (SPIC) by law, the recruitment will be carried out under a private law contract.
