Monsieur le Commissaire Enqueteur
Following the current public enquiry on the modification of the PLUI, I would like a change of use for the dwelling identified on the land register as number 151, address: lieu dit Marsac bas 82140 Saint Antonin Noble Val.During the modification of the PLUI this was annotated "barn" whereas it is a dwelling house. The file with my request and photos had been submitted to the Communauté des Communes Quercy Rouergue et Gorges de l'Aveyron with Mr Desmarchais in June 2018. In the expectation of a positive response to my request, please accept, Mr. Commissaire Enquêteur, my most respectful regards.

Please correct the following error concerning reserved sites: the graphic document is correct, but the written regulations mention "ERL1 D20, D23, D22, D372" instead of "D20, D21, D22, D372" Cwith kind regards.

Hello,
As a future purchaser of a property and adjoining land located at Mas de Lombard in the commune of Puylagarde, I would like to submit a request for a correction to modification no. 1 of the PLUi with the agreement of the current owners, Mr and Mrs Viale. The plot comprises several buildings located on plots A449 and A450. The purpose of purchasing this property is to restore the buildings and change their use to that of a dwelling. As it stands, only a farm shed on plot A450 is listed as being suitable for conversion. Our request to change the use of the building on plot A449 to residential use has been incorporated into Amendment No. 1 to the PLUi. However, the ruin located on parcel A450 is designated as an agricultural building, whereas we wish to integrate it into the future adjoining dwellings. This building should therefore remain designated as a dwelling and not be subject to a change of use to agricultural use. The market gardening project mentioned in the amendment to the PLUi will be carried out by buildings attached to it. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.

 Hello .
I would like to send you 3 documents as attachments (concerning modification 1 of the plui). I would like to ask for the old dwelling on plot 450 at Lombard to be used as a dwelling instead of agriculture. On plot A450 there is also 1 adjoining building which I think has already been designated for a change of use. On plot A449 the request for the old barn to be used as a dwelling is approved. Mr Dieudonné Nicolas must have made the same request by email. Thank you for your attention.
Mr Viale jacques .

Monsieur le commissaire enquêteur.
Further to our meeting on 08/11/2019 at Caylus town hall as part of the ongoing public enquiry into the modification of the PLUI, I would like to inform you that, having read the 2017 PLUI with some delay, I am taking advantage of this enquiry to request a change of zoning for plot 897 in the commune of Puylagarde, in order to make it suitable for building. Plot 897 adjoins plot 380 in the UC zone (which I also own) and has a longitudinal profile that makes any building project more difficult. It should also be noted that plot 897 is enclosed between the UC and UE zones, which does not contravene the town centre densification rules. I hope you will take my request into consideration. Yours sincerely

Hello,
We are in the process of buying a property in the commune of Caylus (we have reached the preliminary sales agreement) and would like to take advantage of the revision of the PLUI to apply for a star for two buildings on plots G 957 and G 955. Can we request this modification at this stage of the acquisition? If so, please tell us what procedure to follow. If not, how do we go about making this request? Thank you for your reply. Yours faithfully

Monsieur Commissaire-Enquêteur
Further to our meeting on 08/11/2019 at Caylus town hall as part of the ongoing public enquiry into the modification of the PLUI, I noticed that the cadastral map that you presented to me on a computer medium was not up to date and resembles Exhibit 5.
Parcels no. 590 and 382 were marked with a star with the caption "likely to change use". These plot numbers do not appear on the table of buildings likely to change use (PJ 7) I enclose extracts of the cadastral map obtained via the Communauté des Communes website PJ 1 access link PJ 2 to 4 extract of cadastral map from the website PJ 6 division plan On these latest plans, the plots concerned are classified as agricultural and the new numbers do not appear on the table of buildings likely to change use. The documents presented and those put online do not allow us to know clearly how these plots are classified. As a result, I would like to request that plots n°674 - 678 - 680 belonging to Mr Couderc Didier and plots n°676 - 691 - 688 belonging to Mr Couderc Claude be classified as buildings likely to change use (plot numbers according to the cadastral plan updated in line with the division plan). I am at your disposal for any further information. Yours sincerely

Good afternoon, Sir,
Following our visit today to Varen town hall to consult the plots of our property affected by the PLUI in zone AH, we are proposing a modification detailed below. We would like parcel 203, part AH, on zone B of the cadastral plan, with a surface area of approximately 4,400 m2, to be classified A, (photos 1 attached) for the following reasons: - Parcel 203 is difficult to access as the road is not passable - It is a long way from the electricity, telephone and water supply networks and is located on a slope with little sunlight. -The current part of parcel 203 AH is of better agricultural quality than parcel 523/525, where the rocks are flush with the ground. We propose that the area to be modified be transferred to parcel 525 (photo attached 2) from the boundary of the rural road linking the Mas de Martel and adjoining parcel 523/525, part of which is classified as AH. This area is in the immediate vicinity of useful networks. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any further information. We thank you for your understanding.

Mr. Commissaire enquêteur,
I, the undersigned, Mr Batut Daniel, residing at Genebrières 82160 Caylus, have a request to make to you. I would like the whole of my building on plot O 516 to be converted into a home for one of my children, who will continue farming with my wife. I am also requesting that building permission be granted for plot O 504 behind the building so that I can extend the building to the rear. I hope that my request will be taken into consideration. Please accept, Sir, the assurance of my highest consideration.
Mr Batut Daniel

Dear Sir
Thank you for your warm welcome. We would also like to express our dismay at the Town Hall's support for projects such as the paintball field. The municipality is pursuing its logic of "putting nature on the tourist map" (Via Ferrata, extending the use of the river, etc.). Here, once again, is a project that will harm not only the neighbours (noise pollution) but also our natural environment, instead of protecting it as it should be protected today. Thank you for your attention.
Caroline Bernard, Elisabeth Eyguesier, Capucine Vignaux.
