Amendment No. 1 to the Intercommunal Local Planning Scheme (PLUi) has been underway by order of the President of the Communauté de Communes since 20 June 2019 in order to take account of feedback since the approval of this planning document on 24 October 2017. Four objectives have thus been identified and exhaustively determine the scope of the changes made to the PLUi:

• rectify material errors
• specify and clarify the written regulations
• adapt certain regulatory provisions
• take into account the emergence of new projects

By decision no. 2019DKO229 of 6 September 2019, the Mission Régionale d'Autorité Environnementale (MRAE) d'Occitanie exempted this PLUi modification project from an Environmental Assessment.

These documents will be attached to the file that can be consulted during the public enquiry scheduled for this autumn. The Commissaire Enquêteur will be on hand at various times throughout the region to discuss the local authority's plans and air any complaints you may have.
