By Chairman's order dated 5 February 2021The Communauté de Communes du Quercy Rouergue et Gorges de l'Aveyron (CCQRGA) has undertaken to make the Intercommunal Local Planning Scheme (PLUi) approved on 24 October 2017 and amended on 22 January 2020 compatible by means of a project declaration (MECPRO1).

Why is it being made compatible?

On 14 December 2020, the Municipal Council of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val voted unanimously to approve the creation of a photovoltaic power plant near the village of Servanac and to ask the CCQRGA to make the inter-communal planning document compatible.

Following this request, on 26 January 2021, the CCQRGA Community Council will has lent its support to the project to create this photovoltaic power plant.

As a result, the PLUi is being made compatible to authorise this project of general interest.

What does it involve?

This change to the PLUi involves the demarcation of a specific zoning area covering the perimeter of the project and authorising developments, installations and constructions required for the production of renewable energy from solar power.

Are any consultation measures planned?

The objectives and procedures for consultation with the public will be set out in a subsequent decision by the Community Council.

As part of the process of developing the PLUi, a public enquiry will be held, with the Commissaire Enquêteur attending to receive your comments.

How can you take part?

Any comments or questions may be addressed to the CCQRGA Town Planning Department:
