By Chairman's order dated 25 August 2020The Communauté de Communes du Quercy Rouergue et Gorges de l'Aveyron (CCQRGA) has initiated simplified modification no. 1 (MS1) of the Intercommunal Local Urban Plan (PLUi) approved on 24 October 2017 and amended on 22 January 2020.

Why this change?

The sole purpose of this lightweight procedure is to rectify a material error in application of article L 153-45 of the French Town Planning Code.

Following the approval of amendment no. 1 to the Intercommunal Local Urban Planning Scheme (PLUi) on 22 January 2020, an error was discovered in the zoning of the urban planning document, with the incorrect location of two buildings that could be changed use (article L151-11 2° of the Urban Planning Code) at a place called "Touron" in the municipality of Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val. This error is likely to block the implementation of an agri-tourism development project on this site.

What does it involve?

Simplified Amendment No. 1 will allow the following changes to be made to the PLUi :

  • Modification of the zoning: designation of barn no. 2 on plot K 1192 as suitable for change of use under article L 151-11 2° of the Code de l'Urbanisme, replacing the dwelling house on plot K 1191 (defective);
  • Amendment to the appendix to the written regulations entitled "Buildings likely to undergo a change of use": entry of cadastral reference K 1192 for barn no. 3, replacing cadastral reference K 1194 (defective).
Are any consultation measures planned?

In accordance with article L 153-47 of the Code de l'Urbanisme, the Conseil Communautaire will deliberate on 22 September 2020 to define the objectives of the simplified amendment no. 1 to the PLUi and the conditions under which it will be made available to the public.
