By Chairman's order dated 5 February 2021The Communauté de Communes du Quercy Rouergue et Gorges de l'Aveyron (CCQRGA) has initiated simplified modification no. 2 (MS1) of the Plan Local d'Urbanisme Intercommunal (PLUi) approved on 24 October 2017 and amended on 22 January 2020.

Why this change?

The sole purpose of this lightweight procedure is to rectify a material error in application of article L 153-45 of the French Town Planning Code.

What does it involve?

This amendment involves a change in zoning in the municipality of Varen, at the place known as " Pech-Contal "to authorise the creation of leisure accommodation within the perimeter of the campsite". Le Camp "This site has existed since 1996 and was not taken into account when the PLUi was drawn up between 2012 and 2017.

Are any consultation measures planned?

The objectives and procedures for consultation with the public will be set out in a subsequent decision by the Community Council.

The documents will be made available to the public for at least one month, along with a register for comments. A resolution of the Community Council will specify the conditions (dates, locations) for making these documents available, depending on the progress of the study and the opinions previously expressed by the associated bodies.

This PLUi development procedure does not require a public enquiry.
