Rental of inter-communal premises

The Centre de Ressources Économiques (CRE) → in Caylus.

Located in rue du Long, in the heart of the medieval town of Caylus, the CCQRGA has renovated an old building to make it a place where people can meet and exchange ideas, as well as hosting activities and events. The CRE houses the Caylus MSAP on the ground floor, individual offices for rent on the first floor, and an open space for rent on the 2nd floor. 

The idea of this project is to enable emerging or developing companies to benefit from modern premises, and to encourage exchanges between occupants.

Located in Lexos (commune of Varen), the CCQRGA has set up a business centre to enable emerging or developing companies to benefit from renovated premises for a given period of time. 

Spaces for rent include:  

  • A 1,000 m² warehouse: monthly rent of €750 excluding VAT and HC (i.e. €0.75 excluding VAT and HC/m²). 
  • A 400 m² warehouse: monthly rent of €300 excluding VAT and HC (i.e. €0.75 excluding VAT and HC/m²).  
  • A 730 m² warehouse and office: monthly rent of €547.50 excluding VAT and charges (i.e. €0.75 excluding VAT and charges/sq.m)
